Privacy.

The short version: I only collect what you send me, I use it to help you with real estate, and I never sell it.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, you share:

  • Your name and email
  • Your phone number, if you add it
  • Whether you're buying, selling or both
  • Your property address, if you're selling and add it
  • Your message

If you call, email or text me directly, I have whatever you send that way too.

How I use it

  • To reply to you, usually the same day
  • To help you buy or sell, if we work together
  • To stay in touch about your real estate questions, if you checked the box on the form

I won't add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Who else sees it

  • Netlify hosts this website and delivers contact-form messages to my inbox.
  • Compass is my brokerage. My email is a Compass account, so messages are stored on Compass systems.
  • Once we work together, people involved in your transaction (for example, your attorney or lender) only when you want me to share.

I never sell, rent or trade your information.

Cookies and other services

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

I count visits with Plausible Analytics so I can see which pages are useful. Plausible uses no cookies, doesn't collect personal information and doesn't follow you across other sites.

Some parts of the site load from other services: the fonts come from Google Fonts, and the Instagram photos come through Behold. Like any website, those services see your device's IP address when they send the files. Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, Compass and Calendly take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

How long I keep it

I keep your information as long as it's useful for helping you, or until you ask me to delete it. Records from a real estate transaction are kept as long as Massachusetts law requires.

Your choices

You can ask me what I have, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can also tell me to stop calling, emailing or texting at any time, and I will.

Children

This site isn't meant for children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
